I’ve ordered my dress, how long will I wait before I receive my order?

For rush orders with minimal detailing, allow us a minimum 3 weeks to 6 weeks for standard waiting time; from the design proposal was approved, before delivery.

3-4 months are our fastest duration to create a dress that requires elaborate detailing, depending on the design and its specification; some take 6 months or longer, especially wedding gowns.

How can I be assured that I receive my order in time?

We suggest that upon design consultation, you along with the designer plan a timeline that best fits your custom order.

DELIVERY and SHIPPING

Do you ship within the Philippines?

Yes we do. We include the shipping charges upon proposal of payment of your order.

Tracking information is sent to you via email or social media private messaging.

Do you ship internationally?

We also ship internationally. Please also be informed that it is your responsibility to pay for additional fees and taxes charged by your customs department of you country; please also kindly check your local customs authority for more queries.

Shipping or courier of your choice and availability are discussed during the proposal stage.
