Can you give me a breakdown of what happens if I proceed with a custom order?

Is the whole process done on a meet up basis or virtually (online media through email, direct messaging, video calls)

 

Currently we are online based. But if you are in the area where the designer is located, a meet up for a one on one consultation can be scheduled.

 

For instances that you and the designer are on different locations that are not within grasp, the whole process is done virtually with the lines of communication done through Skype calls, e-mails or social media direct messaging.

 

Do you do walk ins?

 

We don’t do walk ins since our label is based on appointment only. Each client is catered with individualized approach and met according to their bookings and scheduled dates in their timeframe for fittings and consultations.

Who designs my dress or custom order?

 

We work with a lot of people to bring the design to reality as for the custom order; our lead designer does the process before production ensues.

 

Can you design very elaborate dresses?

 

Yes we do this. The client usually is assessed during the consultation phase of her order whether they will opt for dresses that have trims and finishes that they wish to have on their gowns. Beading, laces and extravagant embellishment are done with our collaborators for this order but prior to making the dress, the client is shown of the samples and asked to double check their choices.

 

I have a dress that I hope you can create but is way above what I can afford. Do you do replicas of my preferred style?

 

Unfortunately, we don’t do imitations of other designer’s work. But we value your design choice and preference. In this manner, we can only be insured by the assessment we have of the designs, style, and pictures you sent us during consultation for us to come up with a dress that will enable us to meet halfway with your expectations and agree to a final look.

Can I talk to your people even if I’m not sure of going with your process?

 

Our lines of communication are open during work hours; as for calls: you can call us during those times;

As for emails and with chat on social media, we can answer your queries within a day’s notice except for weekends and holidays. We hope this will help you in choosing the dress you hope to have and we are happy to be a part in assisting you with your questions.

 

How can I track the progress of my order as it is being made?

 

We usually chat with our clients on the current status of the dress and send them pictures and videos of the current step the order is in. Before finishing the gown or order with embellishments, we will ask you to participate via video call or chat (whether it be placement of lace or applique or embellishment is of your liking or not we take it into consideration).

 

How can I be sure that the gown is really what I like if I never tried wearing it?

 

We ask the client to try on as many dresses before they proceed with our services. In this issue, we take into consideration all that has been discussed regarding your order and follow the design process we have to be guided in creating your gown from start to our send off. All custom designs are regarded as FINAL and can’t be refunded.

MEASUREMENT and FITTING

I can’t try the dress on, so how do we go with my measurements?

 

We rely on the measurements that are provided by your trusted dressmaker or tailor. We can also give you a digital BODY MEASUREMENT pdf fill-up-form (offered during consultation) for your tailor or seamstress to fill.

 

Do you do alterations for my current order?

 

We do alterations after our initial fittings, in between and before the final fitting only.

 

Who pays for the alterations?

 

We solely do not take financial matters with alterations after you had done a final fitting with your gown or dress. Your custom order is tailor fit for your size alone and if there should be changes post final fitting, we urge that you take the steps necessary to get a tailor or dress maker you are comfortable working with to help with the issue at hand.

PRICING and PAYMENT

 

What is your usual price for a custom gown?

 

At minimum, we charge $120 for a minimalist look, as the dress progresses to a complicated one we heighten the price as per design basis.

During the proposal stage of the order, we also give an option to present designs with price points that are:

a.  within your budget

b. mid-range

c. high end

to allow for you to choose your preference

 

When do I pay for my order?

 

For local clients:

After design proposal and agreement of the final design,  we ask for at least 50% down payment of the quotation before we begin with construction.

 

Balance payments are negotiable

and is agreed upon both parties.

Full payment is due before or upon final fitting.

 

How will I pay?

 

For clients in the Philippines,

you may pay via cash through remittance centers (Pera Padala, LBC, Western Union, etc. ),  bank to bank transfer or bank deposit to our account.

 

For international clients,

We accept bank deposits and PayPal for the time being.

 

All clients are informed via email or private messaging /chat that their payment had been received.  

OTHERS

 

Do you make or provide wedding accessories?

 

Yes, we do. Your order is inclusive of veil, basket+coin, pillows, bride’s purse, hair ornament etc. We can also incorporate sashes, gloves and simple belts.

These are also based on your plans discussed during design consultation.

 

Can you make a dress for my entourage? (Bride’s mother and mother-in-law, bridesmaid, flower girls and maid of honour)

 

Yes, we can also do this upon arrangement with the designer during your consultation engagement. We will also give  a quotation and design proposal for these requests. Download our Body Measurement fill up form in the Customer Care section for us to be guided of your request per person.

Please inform us ahead in the PRE CONSULTATION PHASE so that we can include these requests before production of your orders fit for your wedding day.

 

Can I order something that is not related to a wedding or special occasion?

 

Yes we design dresses that are not for bridal events; Commissions for special occasion are also part of our service. Please be guided with the PRE – CONSULTATION PHASE regarding this.

Can I send you a fabric for my bespoke order?

 

This depends on the final design confirmed by both client and designer
