All MARION SOLON FASHION DESIGN SERVICES content, products and prices that are seen in this website can change without prior notice to clients and users at any time. We continue to provide the best pictures, product descriptions and its prices as accurately as we can. Color and tones of the product may vary and can depend on  your screen.

MARION SOLON FASHION DESIGN SERVICES has the right to retain full ownership of its products until client had fully paid their order in full. Once the custom order had been prepared, packed, shipped/delivered, risks damage (unless it happened on transit) is transferred to client. For losses,please report to us after client has done their own measures to find the item, in this way we are able to extend our help to them in recovering their purchase.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
